Conditions of Enrolment

  1. RPL enrolment requires the full price of the RPL program to be paid on enrolment.  RPL prices are located in the Program Catalogue in this website.  Note: Your enrolment will not be processed until full payment has been received.
  2. Notification of enrolment cancellation must be in writing otherwise your enrolment will stand.
  3. Your RPL enrolment payment is non-refundable.   No refunds are available after your enrolment has been processed and confirmed by an Order Number to you, however, students have the option of transferring any monies paid to another Queensland Aerospace College course / program at another time.  This option is only valid for 12 months.
  4. A copy of your current AME licence and other authenticated evidence of your prior knowledge and skills is required with your enrolment application. Your enrolment will not be processed without all the relevant documentation.
  5. A Tax Invoice will be issued once your enrolment has been processed and confirmed. The Tax Invoice will be issued in the Student’s Name unless otherwise stated.  Any queries relating to the Tax Invoice should be addressed to accounts@qac.net.au.
